This Digital Product Policy applies to digital products purchased from Bayit Tzippor, including Welcome Home™ and access provided to the Welcome Home™ AI Planning Companion.
Welcome Home™ is a digital product. No physical product will be shipped.
Following successful payment, you will receive access to the digital materials and any associated access instructions included with your purchase.
Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is correct.
Because Welcome Home™ is supplied digitally, you may be given access to the product shortly after completing your purchase.
Where you request or agree to receive the digital content during the statutory 14-day cancellation period, you will be asked to expressly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately and to acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once supply of the digital content begins.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Once digital content has been supplied following your express consent and acknowledgement described above, refunds are not provided simply because you have changed your mind.
If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, receive an incorrect product, or believe the digital content is faulty or not as described, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Your purchase provides you with a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Welcome Home™ for your own wedding planning purposes.
The product may be used by the purchasing couple together.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, share publicly, sublicense or commercially exploit the product or any substantial part of it without prior written permission from Bayit Tzippor.
The AI Planning Companion™ is designed to support your use of Welcome Home™ by helping you explore ideas, consider options and work through planning decisions.
It is an assistive planning tool and does not replace professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.
AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for checking important information and making your own decisions, including confirming information directly with venues, suppliers and relevant authorities where appropriate.
You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and any software reasonably necessary to access the digital product.
Third-party platforms or technology used to provide parts of the experience may occasionally change, experience interruptions or become unavailable. Where reasonably possible, Bayit Tzippor will endeavour to maintain access or provide an appropriate alternative where a material part of the purchased product is affected.
Welcome Home™, its written content, structure, design, worksheets, planning materials and associated original content remain the intellectual property of Bayit Tzippor or its applicable licensors.
Purchasing the product gives you permission to use it in accordance with this policy. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.
