By purchasing Welcome Home™, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before completing your purchase.
Welcome Home™ is a digital wedding-planning product designed to help couples organise, discuss and record aspects of their wedding-planning journey.
Your purchase includes the digital Welcome Home™ guide and, where stated, access instructions for the optional Welcome Home™ Planning Companion.
The Companion is an AI-supported planning aid. It is not secure or permanent storage and should not be relied upon to retain important information.
The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to your purchase, together with any taxes that may apply.
Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe.
Your order is considered complete once payment has been successfully processed.
Welcome Home™ is a digital product and no physical product will be shipped.
Following successful payment, your guide and relevant access information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for checking your inbox and spam or junk folders.
If you experience difficulty receiving or accessing your purchase, please contact [email protected].
Because Welcome Home™ is supplied digitally, your statutory cancellation rights may be affected once digital content has been supplied or made available to you.
Where applicable law requires your express consent before digital content is supplied during a cancellation period, we will obtain that consent before treating any statutory cancellation right as lost.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Welcome Home™ for your own wedding-planning journey.
You may download and retain your purchased copy for your personal use.
You may not, without our permission:
• Resell or redistribute Welcome Home™
• Upload or publish the product for public access
• Share copies with people outside your own wedding-planning use
• Reproduce the product for commercial purposes
• Claim the content, design or intellectual property as your own
Welcome Home™, its written content, structure, branding, design and associated original materials are owned by or licensed to Bayit Tzippor and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing the product does not transfer ownership of these intellectual-property rights to you.
The optional Welcome Home™ Planning Companion is designed to support your use of the guide.
AI-generated responses can occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation. You remain responsible for reviewing information and making your own decisions.
Do not use the Companion as the sole storage location for important wedding information, decisions or records. Keep your guide and any important records or exports somewhere you control.
Availability or functionality of third-party technology used to provide the Companion may change over time and may be outside Bayit Tzippor's control.
Welcome Home™ and the Planning Companion provide general wedding-planning information and organisational support.
They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological or other regulated professional advice.
Where a decision requires specialist advice, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Welcome Home™ may refer or link to third-party websites, suppliers, tools, services or official information.
Third-party services are operated independently, and their content, availability, terms and policies may change.
You should check important information directly with the relevant provider or official source before relying upon it.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, Bayit Tzippor is not responsible for losses resulting solely from decisions made using general planning information where professional or specialist advice should reasonably have been obtained.

We may update or improve Welcome Home™ or its supporting services from time to time.
